Replacement/Policy:

Do not mail us your ring(s) back without first speaking to a representative. Your 30-Day Size Guarantee and 60-Day Manufacturers Guarantee will be void if not first speaking with a representative. Lost or stolen rings are not covered by any Thrive Rings Guarantee. To be covered, there must be an issue with the ring itself from the time of purchase, and notification to Thrive Rings must be done within 60-Days. Not all guarantees are subject to replacement. Pictures will be requested upon your shipment back. At that time you will be provided a mailing address to send your defective ring. Representatives can be reached anytime at the email shown above.

A: Thrive Rings sends all orders via USPS with tracking. Depending on where you live, the first-class shipment typically takes 2-5 business days.

Q: Should I base my Thrive ring size decision on what my metal wedding band size is?

A: Please do not use your metal band size as your Thrive Rings size. It may differ, so please be sure to use our sizing guide above to ensure your Thrive Ring fits perfectly.
